| 1979 | Established by Waterson Chen as a international trading company and focused on fastener. |
| 1989 | Set up R&D department.Began its own CNC machining capabilities. |
| 1991 | Developed SAFLOK disconnected cam coupler and utilized patents in more than 45 countries. |
| 1993 | Set up INVESTMENT CASTING department. |
| 1994 | SAFLOK couplers was recognized by Japanese G-mark of design excellence. |
| 1997 | Passed TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:1994 certificated. |
| 2001 | Passed TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:2000 certificated. |
| 2002 | W-LOK Padlocks were certificated by EN-12320, Grade 6. |
| 2002 | Prepare 50,000 square meter Douliou new factory. |
| 2003 | W-LOK Padlocks were approved by FF-P-2827 and ASTM F883-97 under the supervision of DoD of the United States. |
| 2003 | Attend to be an associate member of Investment Casting Institute. |
| 2004 | Factory moved from Taichung to DouLiou. |
| 2005 | Grand opening of 50,000 SQ meter brand new factory in Dou-Liou, Taiwan. |
| 2005 | Strides in officially the medical supplies precise components domain. |
| 2006 | Successfully use Automate Storage and Retrieval Systems(ASRS) for automatic warehousing, and ERP online service. |
| 2007 | Bonded factory established |
| 2010 | Cooperate with professor at National Chin-Yi University. Exclusively authorized the mass production of “ Spin-Mop”. Successful technology transfer. |
| 2011 | Been assessed and found eligible to participate in the “Witness Test Data Program” by UL (Underwriters Laboratories INC.) Approved by UL and meets with ANSI 156.17-Grade l standard, and passes the 1,000,000 cycles opened and closed test. |
